Hello! My name is Brenna Froleiks and I am a very energetic and kindhearted individual. I absolutely love working with students in the primary grades. Their curiosity for exploration and creativity truly inspires me as an educator. Just like an active kiddo, you too will see me moving all over the classroom with the students.
On a personal note...
I primarily grew up in the state of New Hampshire just outside of Concord in a town called Bow. I have two brothers (one older, one younger) and a family dog named Olive. All three kids in my family attended & graduated from UNH...GO CATS!
In 2013 I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with my B.S. in Family Studies. Right after receiving my undergraduate degree, I attended UNH Manchester to receive my M.Ed. and certification to teach K-8 in the state of New Hampshire. I have been teaching in various schools over the last few years and have learned so much at each new school I work at! Previously, I have been a Title I Reading Teacher at Fred C. Underhill School in Hooksett, NH and was a Kindergarten Enrichment Teacher at the Bow Youth Center in Bow, NH. I am excited to start my third year here at MACS! I am looking forward to trying a new grade level! Second graders ROCK!!
In my spare time, I enjoy visiting downtown Portsmouth with friends as well as going to my beach house down on Cape Cod! The beach is my favorite place on earth! I enjoy playing tennis when I can and watching the Boston Bruins in the winter time. Country concerts are my favorite...my favorite artist is Kenny Chesney! For one Christmas, I was gifted an autographed picture. I framed it and keep it by my bedside! 2019 is going to be an exciting year, as I will be marrying my best friend (Ryan) in July at a local vineyard.
